Access to certain services may be subject to local regulatory and licensure limitations. NuronVRetrea provides services from Malaysia and may limit care to individuals located within permitted jurisdictions.

Where account creation is required for portal access, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and secure credentials. Accounts may be used by clients, authorized family members, or referring professionals with consent.

You must provide complete and accurate information during intake and keep it updated. Accurate health and contact information is necessary for safe care planning and emergency response.

Protect account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard account data, but users must also exercise reasonable care.

Accounts are personal and not transferable without prior authorization from NuronVRetrea. Sharing login credentials is discouraged and may expose personal data.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate protective steps and contribute.

NuronVRetrea reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services for violations of these terms, safety concerns, or regulatory reasons.

NuronVRetrea offers tailored wellness and rehabilitation programs for retirees, including physiotherapy-guided exercise plans, occupational therapy, structured wellness activities, medication coordination, nutritional support, and social engagement programs. Program content is developed by licensed professionals and individualized through formal assessment.

Services, schedules and program content may be updated to reflect clinical best practices, staffing, or regulatory requirements. We will communicate significant changes to clients and authorized contacts in a timely manner.

While we strive for consistent service delivery, temporary interruptions can occur due to staffing, facility maintenance or public health directives. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide alternatives where possible.

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all residents, visitors and staff are expected to follow facility rules and professional codes of conduct.

• Respectful behavior towards staff, residents and visitors at all times.
• Compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• No illicit substances or illegal activities on premises.
• Adherence to scheduled therapy sessions and clinic hours when applicable.
• Reporting of incidents or hazards to staff promptly.
• Use of personal devices in a way that does not infringe privacy of others.
• Compliance with local laws and any specific facility policies communicated upon admission.

Users may submit information, feedback, photos or testimonials regarding services. Submissions should not include sensitive medical details beyond what is necessary and must respect privacy of other individuals.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited license you grant to NuronVRetrea to use such content for service administration and facility communications as described below.

By submitting content you grant NuronVRetrea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content for care coordination, quality improvement, or promotional materials if explicit consent is provided for promotional use.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide. Do not submit content that violates privacy rights, contains unlawful material, or infringes third-party intellectual property.

Requests to remove content should be directed to our privacy officer. Removal will be handled consistent with legal obligations and operational needs, particularly when content is part of a clinical record.

All website content, activity and materials provided by NuronVRetrea.digital are owned by NuronVRetrea or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, copying, reuse or redistribution is prohibited.

Certain wellness and rehabilitation services, extended stays and specialty programs incur fees. All paid services are subject to separate agreements or service plans outlining scope, fees and payment terms.

Pricing is provided in service estimates or formal agreements. Estimates are based on assessed needs and may be adjusted for changes in care requirements or duration.

We accept payments as outlined in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods and invoicing practices will be specified at intake.

Recurring program fees or subscriptions for ongoing services, if offered, will be outlined in a subscription agreement including cancellation terms and billing intervals.

Refunds or adjustments are handled per the terms of the service agreement and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and contractual arrangements.

Cancellation policies for booked services are provided at the time of booking. Reasonable notice requirements apply to scheduled therapy sessions or program enrollments.

Applicable taxes will be applied to fees as required by Malaysian tax regulations and will be itemized on invoices.

NuronVRetrea may update prices for services with prior notice as required by operational or regulatory changes. Existing agreements will be honored per their terms.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of non-essential services and recovery actions as described in service agreements, except where prohibited by law or urgent clinical needs.

Information provided by NuronVRetrea, on the website or in materials, is for educational and care coordination purposes and does not replace individualized clinical advice from licensed practitioners. Health interventions are personalized and outcomes depend on unique medical circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, NuronVRetrea's liability for any claim related to use of the website or service provision is limited to direct losses arising from proven negligence in the delivery of contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses except as required by law.

We may engage third-party professionals and suppliers to support clinical services and operations. These parties are contracted to protect personal data and meet professional standards. NuronVRetrea remains responsible for oversight of care coordination.

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the specific contract terms. Termination may occur for reasons including non-payment, safety concerns, or failure to comply with facility rules.

Upon termination, outstanding fees will be settled per the agreement, and access to certain facility services or portals may be discontinued. Clinical records will be handled according to legal retention requirements.

NuronVRetrea collects and processes personal data necessary for safe, professional care and operational purposes. All processing is governed by our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Notices under these terms may be delivered electronically or by postal mail to the contact details provided in intake forms or account settings. Important operational notices will be communicated to clients and authorized representatives.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our services, law or operational needs. Updated terms will be posted at NuronVRetrea.digital with the effective date; significant changes will be communicated to affected clients.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract.

We aim to resolve disputes collaboratively. Clients should raise concerns with facility management first; unresolved matters may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with governing law.
